Welcome to Neuro Orbit! Our application is designed to support neurodivergent individuals in their working life by providing tools and resources. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.
To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, which is managed through our third-party authentication provider, Kinde. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Our Services are intended to provide support, information, and resources for neurodivergent individuals and their allies.
You agree not to:
• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Neuro Orbit or users of the Services.
• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services, the server on which the Services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services or any part thereof, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Neuro Orbit disclaims all liability for any decisions you make or actions you take or refrain from taking based on AI-generated content provided through our Services. Your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.
Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"), for example, when contributing to the "Products Feed."
You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
By posting User Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through the Services. This license is for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Services and researching and developing new ones.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Services and their original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neuro Orbit and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Neuro Orbit.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as OpenAI, Supabase, Kinde, Google Analytics, Vercel, and Stripe. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them will be governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neuro Orbit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Neuro Orbit, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services or any content or materials therein, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Neuro Orbit and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) User Content posted on the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorised to use the Service.
